SCR completes residential rehabilitation work administered through various government agencies. Work consists of interior and exterior renovations, lead reduction work, and lead abatement work.

SCR is approved by seven different agencies in five counties. Our workers are trained in lead reduction work and we have on staff state certified lead supervisors.

If you are currently on or planning to apply for one of the various residential rehabilitation programs please look for SCR on the list of approved contractors. WE would be more than happy to submit a bid for your work.
